DEAR MEMBER OF EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT!
Dear member of European Parliament!
20% of territory of Azerbaijan was occupied by Armenia and about one million people left their living place and became refugees and forced migrants in result of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorny Karabakh conflict. This occupation has been continuing for 25 years. UNO adopted 4 resolutions in connection with this conflict and it also has decision in relation with immediately leaving those territories by Armenian military units. As well as, there are decisions and recommendations of other international organizations, in which territories should be left and people, who obligatory expelled from such territories, should turn back. But Armenian Republic has not observed decision and recommendations of UNO and other international organizations. Civil persons, Hasan 1Hasanov, went to Kalbajar region to visit the graves of relatives in June month 2014 and killed by Armenian soldiers and hostages Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev did not violate any right. These persons did not enter territory of any country without permission. These persons have right to go to such territories, because these territories belong to Azerbaijan and are places of birth of those persons. They have right to go to those territories and live there anytime they want. Moreover, one million refugees and forced migrant Azerbaijanis have this right also. Killing of Hasan Hasanov, taking Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev to hostages and being subjected to insane tortures, making decisions on them by fictitious court and their imprisonment are contrary with international legal standards and 2recommendations of international organizations. We request you and other parliament members represented in European Parliament to help for restore the violated rights of these persons in conformity with international legal standards.
